Final Regular Home Game a Win! - 2007-03-26

The Yakama Sun Kings closed out one of the finest seasons in franchise history, knocking off the visiting-Pittsburgh Xplosion, 98-87(5,2) in the season finale. The Sun Kings finished with a 35-13 record and a home mark of 21-3, the second best overall record and second best home record in club history. Yakama established team marks for overall winning percentage, .729, and home winning percentage, .875. The win pushed the Sun Kings home winning streak to 14 games. Yakama swept the four-game season series with the Xplosion.

Eddy Barlow led four Sun Kings in double figures with 28 points while Galen Young dropped in 22 points. Greg Stevenson and Chris Alexander scored 18 and 11 points, respectively.
Alexander grabbed 14 rebounds to record a double-double while Rocky Walls pulled down 13 boards. Barlow and Young tied for game-high honors with nine assists each. Barlow had four steals while Stevenson had three. The Sun Kings won the battle of the boards, 58-34, holding Pittsburgh to only two offensive rebounds.
